This series of three Sound Baths will take place in accordance with the phases of the moon: start new with the New Moon, manifest energy at the Quarter Moon, and let it go with the Full Moon. Each sound bath will incorporate hand mudras, breathing techniques, crystal bowls, gongs, Himalayan bowls, reiki sigils, and chimes.

Heart Chakra Sound Bath
Join me Sunday, February 16th at 10AM for a Valentine's Day vibrational session to help you relax and embrace the positive in your life.
Utilizing Crystal Singing Bowls, a Full Moon Bowl, and Shamanic Drums, allow me to help you connect with and balance your heart chakra by guiding you through grounding techniques, visualization, breathing exercises, and hand mantras.
For your comfort, please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or bolster. Refreshments including tea, coffee, and breakfast snacks will be provided.

Yule Sound Bath
The tradition of the season, regardless of which traditions and beliefs one holds, all have a commonality: it is the return of the light during the darkest time of the year. Come celebrate the season in this festive sound bath. Elderberry chai and white chocolate cranberry oatmeal cookies will be served at the end of the sound bath.
